Privacy Policy for Riders

Allcy Services is Located in Cyprus and is providing Online Services

Allcy process Personal data such as Name, phone number, e-mail address, Geolocation of the Rider, the time and the destination of a journey, Payment information, Information about disputes and Identification data of the device on which the Allcy app has been installed.

Allcy process the above information for in order to connect Riders with Drivers to help them move around cities more efficiently. We display geolocation data and the phone number of Riders to drivers to enable efficient pick-up. Geolocation data is collected only when the Allcy app is activated. We may use contact details to notify Riders of updates on the Allcy app.

Allcy collects data of the routes taken by Drivers and Riders to analyze the geographic coverage in order to provide recommendations to the drivers about most efficient routes.

Riders name, phone number and e-mail will be used to communicate with driver and for other purposes related with the usage of Allcy app.

We obtain payment details to process Riders' payment on behalf of for transportation services.

Legal Basis

Personal data are processed in order to provide the service contracted with Riders. We collect and process the personal data submitted by the Riders in the course of installation and use of the Allcy app. The prerequisite for the use of Allcy services is Riders agreeing to the processing of identification and geolocation data.Personal data may be also processed on legitimate interest grounds, for example in investigating and detecting fraudulent payments.

Feedback given by Riders regarding the quality of the service is anonymous and Drivers do not receive names and telephone numbers of the Rider who provided rating and feedback.

App users can access and update Name, phone number, e-mail address via the Allcy app.

Personal data are stored as long as there is an active Rider account. If the account is closed, personal data will be deleted, according to the policies set out in this section, from the databases, unless such data is required to be retained for accounting, dispute resolution or fraud prevention purposes.

Financial data regarding transportation services provided to Riders will be stored for 3 years after the last journey. Data required for accounting purposes will be stored for 7 years, after the last journey.

In the event that there are suspicions of a criminal offence, fraud or false information having been provided, the data will be stored for 10 years.

In case of payment disputes, data will be retained until the claim is satisfied or the expiry date of such claims. Journey history data will be stored for 3 years and 1 month, after which the data will be anonymized.

Please note that the removal of Allcy app in your device does not cause the deletion of your personal data.


Any request to delete personal data is possible only if we delete Rider’s account. As a result of that Rider will not be able to use Allcy app via an account which has been deleted.

We respond to any request for to delete personal data submitted to the e-mail within a week, and will specify the period of data deletion whcih is not more than a week.

Direct marketing

We only use your e-mail address and/ or phone number to send direct marketing messages if driver has given us permission via the Allcy app. We may personalize direct marketing messages using the information how you use Allcy services.

If rider no longer wish to receive direct marketing messages, can click the “Unsubscribe” link in the footer of our e-mail.
